Bolognese Zucchini Pasta
Wheat pasta is a carbohydrate-rich food with low fiber content. It's a food that we must stay away from if we want to control our glycemic index. This all sounds very logical. However, pasta, particularly Bolognese pasta, is a delicious dish that can be eaten by any Type 2 diabetic. Most of the time, people miss the Italian flavors that accompany the pasta more than the pasta itself. One of the simplest ways to continue consuming agood Bolognese pasta is by changing the wheat pasta for zucchini pasta. In this way, you can have a Bolognese pasta, so low in carbohydrates that it can be considered a keto dish.
